Home sales during the fall are traditionally slower than the spring rush and summer months. Fall can be an excellent time to market because there are usually fewer houses on the market.

Fall buyers typically want to buy quickly before winter holidays begin.

Fall buyers are serious buyers. Most families have other things to do other than look at houses.

Inspect and correct any deficiencies in drainage conditions, exterior surfaces, decks, chimney, the roof, windows, doors, plumbing fixtures, furnace, air conditioner, insulation, ventilation, electrical, heating, plumbing systems any major structural items.

Appearance.

Curb Appeal
Your house must look attractive and inviting from the street. The roof and painted exterior trim must be in good condition. The landscaping must be attractive and the lawn mowed. The driveway and walkways should be free from toys and clutter. Windows must sparkle.

Entrance

Your front door is your only chance at giving the Buyer a ‘first  impression of your home. It should be in good condition. Does it need painting or staining? New hardware will modernize the home and make access easier without old sticky locks

Bright and Clean is the order of the day!

Fewer hanging clothes in the closet will make the closet appear bigger. Clear counters in the kitchen and bathrooms. Showcase the great counter space.
